Daily operational forecast for June 24, 2022

On June 24, 2022, 6 cyclones, 2 anticyclones and the atmospheric fronts are forecast.

Due to the severe weather phenomena, the emergencies including the disruption of communal services, energy facilities, communications, housing and communal services, and all modes of transport are forecast:

in the Far Eastern Federal District, in the Primorsky Territory (heavy rains, thunderstorms, wind speed up to 20 m/s);

in the Siberian Federal District, in the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Republic of Khakassia and the Republic of Tyva (heavy rains, rainfalls, thunderstorms, hail, squally winds up to 20 m/s, wind up 25 m/s and more in some areas);

in the Ural Federal District, in the Chelyabinsk Region (heavy rain, large hail, thunderstorms, wind gusts up to 25 m/s);

in the Volga Federal District, in the Republic of Bashkortostan and the Samara Region (heavy precipitation, wind gusts up to 25 m/s);

in the Southern Federal District, in the Krasnodar Territory (heavy rains, downpours, hail, thunderstorms, wind gusts up to 22 m/s);

in the North Caucasian Federal District, in the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania and the Stavropol Territory (heavy rain, hail, thunderstorm, wind gusts up to 25 m/s).

Due to the adverse weather phenomena, the accidents including the disruption of communal services, all modes of transport, power lines breakage are forecast:

in the Volga Federal District, in the Orenburg and Saratov regions (rainfall, thunderstorm, hail, wind up to 20 m/s);

in the Central Federal District, in the Belgorod and Voronezh regions (wind gusts up to 18 m/s); in the Southern Federal District, in the Volgograd Region (heavy rains, rainfalls, hail, thunderstorms, wind gusts of 20 m/s);

in the North Caucasian Federal District, in the Karachay-Cherkess, Kabardino-Balkarian and Chechen Republics, the Republic of Ingushetia (heavy rain, wind gusts up to 20 m/s).

There is a risk of flooding of low-lying areas, residential buildings, household plots, highways, roads and railways in the Far Eastern, Siberian, Ural, Central, Northwestern, North Caucasian, Southern and Volga federal districts due to the precipitation, snowmelt, melting of ice cover and rise in water levels on rivers, clogging of collector-drainage systems.

There is a risk of thermal anomalies, an increase of the number of foci and areas of wildfires and a possible transition of fire to settlements, infrastructure facilities, disruption of the life support systems in the Far Eastern, Siberian, Urals, Volga, Northwestern, Central, Southern and North Caucasian federal districts due to the making fires, counter fires of dry grass, burning brushwood, forest litter and violation of the requirements of fire safety rules in the forest and in areas directly adjacent to the forests.

The landslides, landslips, subsidence of soil in the mountainous and foothill areas are in the North Caucasian and Southern federal districts.
