in the Southern Federal District, in the Krasnodar Territory, the Rostov Region (heavy rain, rainfalls, thunderstorm, hail, wind up to 20-23 m/s) and the Republic of Kalmykia (wind gusts up to 20 m/s).
There is a risk of thermal anomalies, an increase of the number of foci and areas of wildfires and a possible transition of fire to settlements, infrastructure facilities in the Far Eastern Federal District (the Transbaikal Territory, the Magadan Region, the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) and the Republic of Buryatia), the Siberian Federal District (the Republic of Khakassia and the Republic of Tyva, the Altai and Krasnoyarsk Territories, the Novosibirsk, Omsk and Irkutsk regions), the Ural Federal District (the Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk and Kurgan regions), the Volga and North - Western federal districts (the Republic of Komi, the Arkhangelsk, Novgorod and Vologda regions), the North Caucasian Federal District (the Stavropol Territory, the Republic of Dagestan, the Chechen Republic and the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic), the Southern Federal District (the Republic of Crimea, the Republic of Adygea and the Republic of Kalmykia, the Krasnodar Territory, the Volgograd, Rostov and Astrakhan regions, Sevastopol).
