During the day, the Main Office of the National Crisis Management of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and means within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations.
I. The work has been organized on:
extinguishing 644 man-made fires, responding to 231 road accidents and 7 accidents on water bodies, neutralizing 217 explosive objects, including one aerial bomb, providing psychological assistance in 4 cases.
II. Measures were taken to eliminate the consequences of:
• a fire in an apartment in a multi-apartment residential building in Rostov-on-Don;
• an explosion followed by a fire and partial collapse of the roof in an industrial building in the settlement of Lesnoy, the Moscow Region;
• disruptions: cold water supply in the city of Penza; power supply in two municipalities of the Smolensk Region and in the Kalininsky District, the Tver Region.
III. On control:
• providing assistance to the people of Donetsk, Luhansk People's Republics, the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions;
• restoration of power supply in three municipalities of the Donetsk People’s Republic;
• the situation in the Kursk and Belgorod regions.
