During the day, the Main Office of the National Crisis Management of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and means within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations.
I. The work has been organized on:
extinguishing 618 man-made fires, responding to 251 road accidents and 4 accidents on water bodies, rendering harmless 345 explosive objects, including 4 aerial bombs, providing psychological assistance in 8 cases.
II. Measures were taken to eliminate the consequences of:
• fires: on the roof of an apartment building in the city of Kemerovo; on the roof of a comprehensive school building in the city of Podolsk, the Moscow Region;
• disruptions: power supply in 5 municipalities of the Luhansk People's Republic; cold water supply in the settlement of Maslyanino, the Novosibirsk Region; heat supply in the city of Novosibirsk.
III. On control:
• providing assistance to the people of Donetsk, Luhansk People's Republics, the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions;
• restoration of cold water supply in 3 municipalities of the Luhansk People’s Republic and the city of Rostov-on-Don;
• the situation in the Kursk and Belgorod regions.
