On December 14, 2024, 3 cyclones, 2 anticyclones and the atmospheric fronts are forecast.

Due to the impact of severe weather conditions, the emergencies are forecast:

in the North Caucasian Federal District, in the Republic of Dagestan (heavy snow, wet snow accumulation, ice, wind up to 28 m/s), the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (wind speeds up to 30 m/s in mountainous areas).

Due to the impact of adverse weather conditions, the incidents are forecast:

in the Ural Federal District, in the Sverdlovsk Region (heavy snow, blizzard);

in the North Western Federal District, in the city of St. Petersburg, the Leningrad, Novgorod and Pskov regions (heavy snow);

in the North Caucasian Federal District, in the Republic of Ingushetia, the Chechen Republic (heavy snow, blizzard, wind gusts up to 20 m/s), the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, Stavropol Territory (wind with gusts up to 20 m/s).

There is a risk of avalanches in the mountainous regions of the Far Eastern, Siberian, North Western, Southern and North Caucasian federal districts with the threat of road closures, disruption of transport, damage to buildings and structures, disruption of life support systems, and a threat to the population.

The landslides, landslips, subsidence of soil in the mountainous and foothill areas are forecast in the Southern Federal District (the Republic of Adygea, the Republic of Crimea, the Krasnodar Territory, Sevastopol) and the North Caucasian Federal District (the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the Chechen Republic, the Republic of North Ossetia, the Republic of Ingushetia, the Republic of Dagestan).
