Daily operational forecast for July 30, 2026

On July 30, 2026, 5 cyclones and 3 anticyclones with atmospheric fronts are forecast.

Due to the impact of severe weather conditions, the emergencies associated with disruption of public infrastructure, difficulties in the operation of transport, and flooding of low-lying areas are forecast:

in the Far Eastern Federal District, in the Transbaikal Territory (very heavy rains, heavy downpours);

in the Siberian Federal District, in the Irkutsk Region (heavy and very heavy rains, heavy downpours, thunderstorms, hail), the Republic of Khakassia, Krasnoyarsk (heavy and very heavy rains, downpours, thunderstorms, hail, large hail, wind increases up to 20 m/s, in some places 25 m/s and more) and Altai (heavy rains, very heavy rains, heavy downpours, thunderstorms, large hail, increased wind up to 22 m/s) edges;

in the Ural Federal District, in the Sverdlovsk and Chelyabinsk Regions (thunderstorms, heavy and very heavy rain, heavy rain, large hail, wind speed up to 25 m/s).

Due to the impact of adverse weather conditions, the incidents are forecast:

: in the Far Eastern Federal District, in the Republic of Buryatia (heavy rains, downpours, thunderstorms); in the Ural Federal District, in the Tyumen Region (thunderstorms, wind speed up to 20 m/s); in the Volga Federal District, in the republics of Bashkortostan, Tatarstan, the Udmurt Republic, the Perm Territory, Nizhny Novgorod, Orenburg, Penza, Samara and Ulyanovsk Regions (heavy rain, thunderstorms, hail, wind gusts up to 24 m/s).

There remains a possibility of intensification of landslide processes, mudflows, landslides, and soil subsidence in the mountainous and foothill Regions of the Southern (Krasnodar Territory, Republic of Adygea and Crimea) and North Caucasian Federal Districts.
