On July 31, 2026, 4 cyclones and 3 anticyclones with atmospheric fronts are forecast.
Due to the impact of severe weather conditions, the emergencies associated with disruption of public infrastructure, difficulties in the operation of transport, and flooding of low-lying areas are forecast:
in the Siberian Federal District, in the Republics of Tyva, Khakassia, the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Irkutsk Region (heavy and very heavy rain, torrential rain, thunderstorm, hail, wind with gusts of 25 m/s or more);
in the Ural Federal District, in the Sverdlovsk and Chelyabinsk Regions (heavy and very heavy rain, thunderstorm, hail, wind with gusts up to 25 m/s).
There remains a possibility of intensification of landslide processes, mudflows, landslides, and soil subsidence in the mountainous and foothill Regions of the Southern and North Caucasian Federal Districts.
