On control of the EMERCOM of Russia as of July 29, 2026.

During the day, the Main Department “National Crisis Management Center” of the EMERCOM of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and assets within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the unified state system for the prevention and elimination of emergencies.

I. Work was organized to: eliminate 648 man-made fires, respond to 272 road accidents and 24 incidents on water bodies, neutralize 196 explosive objects, including 3 aerial bombs, provide psychological assistance in 37 cases.

II. Measures have been taken to eliminate the consequences:

• fire of a trade and warehouse building in the city of Vladimir;

• power supply disruptions in one municipality of the Lugansk People's Republic and the city of Osinki, the Kemerovo Region-Kuzbass.

III. On control:

• elimination of the consequences of the passage of dangerous meteorological phenomena through the Territory of the North Caucasus Federal District;

• elimination of the consequences of tanker crashes in the Kerch Strait of the Black Sea;

• elimination of the consequences of an oil spill in the city of Tuapse, the Krasnodar Territory;

• the situation in the Kursk and Belgorod Regions;

• flood conditions in the Russian Federation;

• elimination of the consequences of the passage of a complex of hazardous meteorological phenomena through the Territory of the Sverdlovsk Region;

• providing assistance to the population of the Donetsk, Lugansk People's Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson Regions;

• landscape (natural) fires and thermal hotspots in the Russian Federation;

• restoration of power supply in 5 municipalities of the Rostov Region and the settlement of Lobva, the Sverdlovsk Region.
