On control of the EMERCOM of Russia as of August 1, 2026.

During the day, the Main Department “National Crisis Management Center” of the EMERCOM of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and assets within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the unified state system for the prevention and elimination of emergencies.

I. Work was organized to: eliminate 674 man-made fires, respond to 275 road accidents and 19 incidents on water bodies, neutralize 45 explosive objects, provide psychological assistance in 14 cases.

II. Measures have been taken to eliminate the consequences:

• power supply disruptions in the city of Novocherkassk, the Rostov Region, in 4 municipalities of the Yaroslavl Region and the settlement. Lobva, the Sverdlovsk Region.

III. On control:

• elimination of the consequences of the passage of dangerous meteorological phenomena through the Territory of the North Caucasus Federal District;

• elimination of the consequences of tanker crashes in the Kerch Strait of the Black Sea;

• the situation in the Kursk and Belgorod Regions;

• elimination of the consequences of a fire in a warehouse in Vladivostok, the Primorsky Territory;

• flood conditions in the Russian Federation;

• elimination of the consequences of the passage of a complex of hazardous meteorological phenomena in the Sverdlovsk Region;

• providing assistance to the population of the Donetsk, Lugansk People's Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson Regions;

• landscape (natural) fires and thermal hotspots in the Russian Federation.
