Due to the impact of severe weather conditions, the emergencies associated with disruption of public infrastructure, difficulties in the operation of transport, and flooding of low-lying areas are forecast:
in the Far Eastern Federal District, in the Amur Region (very heavy rains, thunderstorms, wind speed up to 18 m/s);
in the Siberian Federal District, in the republics of Khakassia and Tyva, the Krasnoyarsk Territory (very heavy rains, downpours, thunderstorms, hail, wind increases up to 20 m/s, in some places 25 m/s or more).
Due to the impact of adverse weather conditions, the incidents are forecast:
in the Siberian Federal District, in the Altai Republic (heavy rains, thunderstorms, hail, wind speed up to 22 m/s);
in the Volga Federal District, in the republics of Bashkortostan and Tatarstan, the Perm Territory (heavy rain, downpours, hail, thunderstorms, wind gusts up to 24 m/s).
There remains a possibility of intensification of landslide processes, mudflows, landslides, and soil subsidence in the mountainous and foothill Regions of the Southern and North Caucasian Federal Districts.
