During the day, the Main Department “National Crisis Management Center” of the EMERCOM of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and assets within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the unified state system for the prevention and elimination of emergencies.
I. Work was organized to: eliminate 912 man-made fires, respond to 299 road accidents and 6 incidents on water bodies, neutralize 31 explosive objects, provide psychological assistance in 5 cases.
II. Measures have been taken to eliminate the consequences:
• collapse of the wall of a residential building in the city of Pervomaisk, Nizhny Novgorod Region;
• a lumber fire in an open area in the Teguldetsky district of the Tomsk Region;
• disruptions of: power supply in 2 municipalities of the Novosibirsk Region and the Akhvakhsky district of the Republic of Dagestan; cold water supply in the village Aikino of the Komi Republic and the city of Penza.
III. On control:
• the situation in the Kursk and Belgorod Regions;
• restoration of gas supply in the village of Maali of the Republic of Dagestan;
• elimination of the consequences of the passage of dangerous meteorological phenomena through the Territory of the North Caucasus Federal District;
• elimination of the consequences of tanker crashes in the Kerch Strait of the Black Sea;
• flood conditions in the Russian Federation;
• landscape (natural) fires and thermal hotspots in the Russian Federation;
• providing assistance to the population of the Donetsk, Lugansk People's Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson Regions.
