During the day, the Main Department “National Crisis Management Center” of the EMERCOM of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and assets within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the unified state system for the prevention and elimination of emergencies.
I. Work was organized to: eliminate 814 man-made fires, respond to 254 road accidents and 9 incidents on water bodies, neutralize 64 explosive objects, provide psychological assistance in 7 cases.
II. Measures have been taken to eliminate the consequences:
• restoration of energy supply in 4 municipalities of the Republic of Buryatia.
III. On control:
• elimination of the consequences of the passage of dangerous meteorological phenomena through the Territory of the North Caucasus Federal District;
• elimination of the consequences of tanker crashes in the Kerch Strait of the Black Sea;
• the situation in the Kursk and Belgorod Regions;
• flood conditions in the Russian Federation;
• providing assistance to the population of the Donetsk, Lugansk People's Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson Regions;
• landscape (natural) fires and thermal hotspots in the Russian Federation;
• restoration of energy supply in 6 municipalities of the Tver Region, 10 municipalities of the Novgorod Region, Nanaisky district of the Khabarovsk Territory; cold water supply in the Pitkyaran Region of the Republic of Karelia and the Partizansky Region of the Krasnoyarsk Territory; gas supply in the village Maali, the Gergebil Region of the Republic of Dagestan.
