During the day, the Main Department “National Crisis Management Center” of the EMERCOM of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and assets within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the unified state system for the prevention and elimination of emergencies.
I. Work was organized to: eliminate 784 man-made fires, respond to 279 road accidents and 8 incidents on water bodies, neutralize 73 explosive objects, including one aerial bomb, provide psychological assistance in 8 cases.
II. Measures have been taken to eliminate the consequences:
• disruptions: power supply in 6 municipalities of the Udmurt Republic, 4 municipalities of the Republic of Dagestan, 10 municipalities of the Novgorod Region, 6 municipalities of the Tver Region and Nanaisky district of the Khabarovsk Territory; cold water supply in the city of Krasnoyarsk and the Pitkyaranta Region of the Republic of Karelia.
III. On control:
• restoration: gas supply in the village of Maali of the Republic of Dagestan; energy supply in 5 municipalities of the Udmurt Republic and the Khunzakh Region of the Republic of Dagestan; cold water supply in the village Karaulovo, Nizhny Novgorod Region and Partizansky district, the Krasnoyarsk Region;
• elimination of the consequences of the passage of dangerous meteorological phenomena through the Territory of the North Caucasus Federal District;
• elimination of the consequences of tanker crashes in the Kerch Strait of the Black Sea;
• the situation in the Kursk and Belgorod Regions;
• flood conditions in the Russian Federation;
• landscape (natural) fires and thermal hotspots in the Russian Federation;
• providing assistance to the population of the Donetsk, Lugansk People's Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson Regions.
