In connection with the impact of severe weather conditions, the emergencies associated with the disruption of the life support systems of the population, breaks in communication and power lines, obstruction of traffic, flooding of low-lying areas:
in the North Caucasian Federal District, in the Karachay-Cherkess and the Kabardino-Balkarian Republics, the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania and the Stavropol Territory (heavy rain, thunderstorm, hail, wind gusts up to 25 m/s).
Due to the impact of adverse weather conditions, the incidents associated with disruption of life support systems for the population, obstruction of traffic, and flooding of low-lying areas is predicted:
in the Volga Federal District, in the Republics of Mari El and Tatarstan, the Perm Territory and Ulyanovsk Region (heavy rain, thunderstorm, wind gusts up to 20 m/s);
in the Southern Federal District, in the republics of Adygea and Crimea, the Krasnodar Territory, Volgograd and Rostov Regions (heavy rain, thunderstorm, hail, wind gusts up to 24 m/s);
in the North Western Federal District, in the Republic of Karelia, Arkhangelsk and Murmansk Regions (heavy rains, wind gusts up to 22 m/s).
There remains a possibility of intensification of landslide processes, mudflows, landslides, and soil subsidence in the mountainous and foothill Regions of the Southern and North Caucasian Federal Districts.
