During the day, the Main Department “National Crisis Management Center” of the EMERCOM of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and assets within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the unified state system for the prevention and elimination of emergencies.
I. Work was organized to: eliminate 1069 man-made fires, respond to 291 road accidents and 6 incidents on water bodies, neutralize 5 explosive objects, provide psychological assistance in 7 cases.
II. Measures have been taken to eliminate the consequences:
• An accident involving a regular minibus, a truck and a car in the Toguchensky district of the Novosibirsk Region;
• a fire on the roof of two production workshops in a correctional colony in the city of Tomsk;
• power supply disruptions in one municipality of the Republic of Dagestan.
III. On control:
• restoration: gas supply in the village of Maali of the Republic of Dagestan, the cities of Blagoveshchensk, the Amur Region and Birobidzhan, Jewish Autonomous Region; cold water supply in the village Irsha, the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Shakhtersk, the Sakhalin Region; energy supply in the Derbent Region of the Republic of Dagestan;
• elimination of the consequences of the passage of dangerous meteorological phenomena through the Territory of the North Caucasus Federal District;
• elimination of the consequences of tanker crashes in the Kerch Strait of the Black Sea;
• the situation in the Kursk and Belgorod Regions;
• eliminate the consequences of of a complex of adverse weather conditions passing through the Territory of the Central Federal District;
• flood conditions in the Russian Federation;
• landscape (natural) fires and thermal hotspots in the Russian Federation;
• providing assistance to the population of the Donetsk, Lugansk People's Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson Regions.
