During the day, the Main Department “National Crisis Management Center” of the EMERCOM of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and assets within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the unified state system for the prevention and elimination of emergencies.
I. Work was organized to: eliminate 981 man-made fires, respond to 305 road accidents and 8 incidents on water bodies.
II. Measures have been taken to eliminate the consequences:
• fires: in a residential building in the city of Neftekamsk in the Republic of Bashkortostan; in a farm building in the village Kondrykino, Nizhny Novgorod Region;
• disruptions: cold water supply in the city of Orenburg and the village of Ust-Abakansk in the Republic of Khakassia; energy supply in the city of Ulan-Ude of the Republic of Buryatia, 4 settlements of the Spassky district of the Ryazan Region, 3 municipalities of the Tver Region and the Derbent Region of the Republic of Dagestan.
III. On control:
• elimination of the consequences of the passage of dangerous meteorological phenomena through the Territory of the North Caucasus Federal District;
• elimination of the consequences of tanker crashes in the Kerch Strait of the Black Sea;
• the situation in the Kursk and Belgorod Regions;
• eliminate the consequences of of a complex of adverse weather conditions passing through the Territory of the Central Federal District;
• providing assistance to the population of the Donetsk, Lugansk People's Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson Regions;
• flood conditions in the Russian Federation;
• landscape (natural) fires and thermal hotspots in the Russian Federation;
• restoration: gas supply in the village of Maali of the Republic of Dagestan, the cities of Blagoveshchensk, the Amur Region and Birobidzhan, Jewish Autonomous Region; cold water supply in the village Irsha, the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Shakhtersk, the Sakhalin Region; energy supply in 5 municipalities of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia).
