Due to the impact of severe weather conditions, the emergencies associated with disruption of public infrastructure, difficulties in the operation of transport, and flooding of low-lying areas are forecast:
in the North Caucasian Federal District, in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic (heavy rains, downpours combined with thunderstorms, hail and strong winds of 20-25 m/s; on rivers, rising water levels in places reaching unfavorable and dangerous levels; in the mountains, small mudflows).
Due to the impact of adverse weather conditions, the incidents associated with disruption of life support systems for the population, breaks in communication and power lines, and obstruction of traffic are forecast:
in the Central Federal District, in the Vladimir and Tambov Regions (heavy rain); in the Ryazan Region (heavy rain, wind gusts up to 18 m/s);
in the Southern Federal District, in the Republic of Kalmykia, Astrakhan and Volgograd Regions (rain, very heavy rain, thunderstorm, strong wind, gusts of 20-24 m/s);
in the North Caucasian Federal District, in the Republic of Dagestan (heavy rain).
There remains a possibility of intensification of landslide processes, mudflows, landslides, and soil subsidence in the mountainous and foothill Regions of the Southern and North Caucasian Federal Districts.
