During the day, the Main Department “National Crisis Management Center” of the EMERCOM of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and assets within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the unified state system for the prevention and elimination of emergencies.
I. Work was organized to: eliminate 576 man-made fires, respond to 290 road accidents and 4 incidents on water bodies, neutralize 174 explosive objects, including 2 aerial bombs, provide psychological assistance in 4 cases.
II. Measures have been taken to eliminate the consequences:
• An accident involving a car and a tank truck in the Malopurginsky district of the Udmurt Republic;
• a fire in a trade and service complex in the city of Sterlitamak in the Republic of Bashkortostan;
• hard landing of a light aircraft in the Mainsky district of the Ulyanovsk Region;
• explosion of a gas-air mixture and subsequent fire in an apartment of a residential building in the settlement. Nizhny Odessa, Komi Republic.
III. On control:
• restoration of gas supply in the village of Maali of the Republic of Dagestan and cold water supply in the village of Pervomaisky, the Orenburg Region;
• elimination of the consequences of the passage of dangerous meteorological phenomena through the Territory of the North Caucasus Federal District;
• elimination of the consequences of tanker crashes in the Kerch Strait of the Black Sea;
• the situation in the Kursk and Belgorod Regions;
• flood conditions in the Russian Federation;
• landscape (natural) fires and thermal hotspots in the Russian Federation;
• providing assistance to the population of the Donetsk, Lugansk People's Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson Regions.
