During the day, the Main Department “National Crisis Management Center” of the EMERCOM of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and assets within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the unified state system for the prevention and elimination of emergencies.
I. Work was organized to: eliminate 631 man-made fires, respond to 261 road accidents and 6 incidents on water bodies, neutralize 74 explosive objects, provide psychological assistance in 2 cases.
II. Measures have been taken to eliminate the consequences:
• power supply disruptions in 8 settlements of the Bakhchisarai Region of the Republic of Crimea.
III. On control:
• providing assistance to the population of the Donetsk, Lugansk People's Republics, Zaporozhye and Kherson Regions;
• elimination of the consequences of tanker crashes in the Kerch Strait of the Black Sea;
• elimination of the consequences of the passage of dangerous meteorological phenomena through the Territory of the North Caucasus Federal District;
• the situation in the Kursk and Belgorod Regions;
• flood conditions in the Russian Federation;
• landscape (natural) fires and thermal hotspots in the Russian Federation;
• elimination of the consequences of an explosion of a gas-air mixture in an apartment building in the village of Nizhny Odessa in the Komi Republic;
• restoration of: gas supply in the village of Maali in the Republic of Dagestan; cold water supply in the village of Pervomaisky, the Orenburg Region; heat supply in 3 settlements of the Neryungri district of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), the settlement of Novy Urgal in the Khabarovsk Territory and the city of Kirensk in the Irkutsk Region.
