The International Fair “Integrated Security” opened

The Head EMERCOM of Russia Sergey Shoigu, the Minister of Internal Affairs Rashid Nurgaliev, the Minister of Transport Igor Levitin opened the International Fair “Integrated Security” in the All-Russian exhibition center in Moscow.

This exhibition, which is conducted for the third time, presents new developments of domestic and international producers, as well as Russian power departments in the field of security and people’s safety.

“This exhibition is becoming the biggest in Europe and is growing every year. The understanding of security as one of the priorities of our Government is increasing. Here we can see the authorities and big companies paying more and more attention to the security problems,” said the Head EMERCOM of Russia Sergey Shoigu during the opening ceremony. He noted that the idea of “integrated security” appeared not long ago. “It is security of all the aspects of our life, that is why the EMERCOM of Russia and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia are participating in the work of the Fair,” stressed Sergey Shoigu. He expressed his hopes about the complete security step by step reached by means of this international fair.

The Head MIA of Russia Rashid Nurgaliev noted, in his turn, that international delegations are interested in the fair. “500 exhibitions from 15 countries are presented here, and delegations from 44 countries are participating in the forum discussions,” said the Head MIA of Russia. According to him, new sets and technical advances are presented at the Fair which prove that “we are developing”. The Minister of Transport Igor Levitin paid attention to the fact that the majority of transport security devices, presented at the exhibition, were produced in Russia. “This means they will be used in the shortest possible time,” assured the Minister.

During the International Fair opening ceremony Levitin awarded the pilots EMERCOM of Russia who, in helicopters, delivered the injured during the terrorist attacks in Moscow subway to hospitals. Andrey Kulagin, Valery Nikiforov and Andrey Shishkin were given the award pins “Airborne transportation gimper”, four other pilots were given Certificates of Merit of the Ministry of Transport.
