The Order was signed by the Government of the Russian Federation about rendering assistance to the injured and the families of the victims of “Raspadskaya” mine

Order №675-dated 10 May, 2010-05-11

1. To consider necessary to help the families of the citizens, perished (dead) as a result of the “Raspadskaya” mine accident in the Kemerovo Region, which occurred on 8 May 2010, as well as to help the citizens, who suffered as a result of the accident.
2. The mission of Kemerovo Region has to present the lists of families of the perished and the lists of the injured people to the Ministry of Finance of Russia.
3. The Ministry of Finance of Russia, based on the lists presented in accordance with point 2 of the present Order, in 2010 has to devote funds from the reserve funds of the Government of the Russian Federation to the Government of the Kemerovo Region for:

Nonrecurring disbursement to the families of the perished (dead) citizens in the amount of 1 million rubles per perished (dead) person;

Nonrecurring disbursement to the citizens seriously or moderately injured—in the amount of 400 thousand rubles per person, and 200 thousand rubles—to the citizens with light injuries.

4. The Government of the Kemerovo Region must pay out to the families of the perished (dead) citizens and to the injured citizens in accordance with point 3 of the present Order.
5. The Ministry of Health and Social Development of Russia and Federal Bio-Medical Agency together with the interested Federal Executive Bodies must arrange health resort treatment to the injured citizens and the family members of the perished (dead) in the municipal resort institutions.
