Alexander Ivanovich
Alexander Bondar was born on November 11, 1972 in Riga, Latvian SSR.
In 1995 he graduated with honors from the St. Petersburg Higher Fire-Technical School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, fire safety engineer.
In 2004 - Northwestern Academy of Public Administration, Manager of State and Municipal Administration.
He is a Candidate of Technical Sciences, Associate Professor
From 1995 to 2001 - scientific and pedagogical activity at the St. Petersburg Institute of Fire Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia (St. Petersburg University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia).
From 2001 to 2002 - Deputy Head of the 2nd Fire Department of the State Fire Service of the Main Directorate of Internal Affairs of St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region.
From 2002 to 2005 - Deputy Head of the State Supervision Department of the Nevsky District of St. Petersburg of the State Fire Supervision Department of the Main Directorate for Civil Defence and Emergencies of St. Petersburg.
From 2005 to 2009 - Head of the department (supervision of fire safety at transport facilities) of the department (state fire supervision) of the EMERCOM Main Office for St. Petersburg.
From 2009 to 2015 - Deputy Head of the Department - Head of the Division of State Fire Supervision and Preventive Work of the the Supervisory and Preventive Efforts Department of the EMERCOM Main Office for St. Petersburg.
From 2015 to 2018 - Deputy Head of the Northwestern Regional Center of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia for the State Fire Service.
From 2018 to 2019 - Head of the Operational Management Department, Organization of Interaction and Coordination of Activities of the Territorial Authorities of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia in the Northwestern Federal District of the EMERCOM Main Office for St. Petersburg.
On March 2, 2020, by the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, he was appointed Director of the Educational and Scientific-Technical Department of the EMERCOM of Russia.
He was awarded the Medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland", 2nd class, as well as departmental awards.
He is married and raises a daughter.
