Igor Vladimirovich
Igor Dmitriev was born on January 16, 1975 in Kutaisi.
In 1997 he graduated from the Tula Higher Artillery Engineering School named of the Tula proletariat, majoring in electronic systems. Qualification - engineer.
In 2011 he graduated from the Ivanovo Institute of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia with a degree in state and municipal administration. Qualification - manager.
In 2020, he graduated from the Ivanovo Fire and Rescue Academy of the State Fire Service of the Russian Emergencies Ministry (with honors) with a degree in technosphere safety. He got a manager qualification.
From 1997 to 2002 - he served in the Border Service.
2002 to 2014 - he served at the Ivanovo Institute of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia in positions from senior inspector to first deputy head of the Institute.
2014 to 2016 - Deputy Director of the Organizational and Mobilization Department of the EMERCOM of Russia.
From 2016 to 2019 - Deputy Head of the Ivanovo Fire and Rescue Academy of the State Fire Service of the EMERCOM of Russia.
2019 to 2020 - Deputy Director of the Department of Educational, Scientific and Technical Activities of the Russian Emergencies Ministry.
From November 1, 2020, he was appointed head of the Mobilization Office of the EMERCOM of Russia.
He was awarded the Order of Friendship and a number of departmental awards. He took part in eliminating the consequences of emergencies in the Southern and Far Eastern Federal Districts.
He is married and has two children.
