Born on April 4, 1982 in Saratov.

In 2004 she graduated from the State Educational Institution of Higher Professional Education “Saratov State Academy of Law”, Saratov.

From 2004 to 2008 - Senior Lecturer at the North Caucasian Social Institute, Stavropol.

From 2008 to 2009, she held the position of Legal Adviser in organizations.

From 2010 to 2011 - Chief Specialist-Legal Adviser of the Government Office of the Stavropol Territory, Stavropol.

From 2012 to 2013 - Advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board of OJSC JSCB Industrial and Investment Bank, Moscow.

2013 - Deputy Director of the Department of Legal Support, Director of the Department of Housing Policy and Housing-Communal Services of the Ministry of Regional Development of the Russian Federation, Moscow.

From 2014 to 2022 - Deputy Director of the Budget Policy Department in the Field of State Military and Law Enforcement Service and state defense order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, Moscow.

From July 29, 2022, by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, she was appointed Deputy Minister of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergency Situations and Disaster Relief.

She was awarded the medal of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, 2nd degree, marked with gratitude from the President of the Russian Federation, and has departmental awards from the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, the Ministry of Finance of Russia, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, the Prosecutor General's Office of Russia, the Ministry of Defense of Russia, the Ministry of Regional Development of Russia, the Ministry of Sports of Russia.

She is married, has a daughter.
