Born on March 8, 1974 in Moscow.

In 1994 he graduated from the School of Technicians of the Navy of the Russian Defense Ministry (Kronstadt), in 2001 - from the Moscow State Engineering Physics Institute (Technical University).

From 1992 to 1997 – service in the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation.

From 1997 to 2022 – service in the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation.

Since September 14, 2022 - Deputy Director of the Personnel Policy Department.

Since April 20, 2023 - Director of the Personnel Policy Department.

He has different Ministry’s awards.

He is married, has three children.
