Maxim Vladimirovich
Born on October 16, 1984 in Moscow.
In 2006, he graduated from the Moscow University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia with a degree in Law Enforcement with the qualification of a lawyer.
In 2012, he graduated from the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation with a degree in “Anti-crisis management” with the qualification “economist-manager”.
In 2022, he graduated from the St. Petersburg University of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia under the program “State and Municipal Management”.
From 2006 to 2018, he served in departments of the central apparatus and territorial bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and the National Guard in senior positions in the field of logistics.
From 2018 to 2023 – Head of the “Central Base of Measuring Equipment of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia” federal public institution.
Since June 2023 – Deputy Director of the Rear Services and Technical Support Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.
On August 3, 2023, by Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, he was appointed Director of the Rear Services and Technical Support Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.
He was awarded the medal “For Excellence in the Protection of Public Order”, a diploma of the President of the Russian Federation, the awards of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia.
He is married, has two daughters.
