Gorlenko
Evgeniy Valerievich
Born on January 1, 1966 in the village of Altamash, Tashtagol district, the Kemerovo Region.
In 1983 he graduated from Secondary School No. 10 in Shchelkovo, the Moscow Region.
In 1988 he graduated from the Kalinin Oryol Higher Military Command School of Communications and became Engineer for the operation of radio relay and tropospheric communications. In 1997 he graduated from the Budyonny Military Academy of Communications majoring in military and administrative management.
From 1988 to 2022, he served in the State Security Committee of the USSR, the Federal Agency for Government Communications and Information under the President of the Russian Federation, and the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation.
On December 22, 2022, he was appointed Acting Director of the Information Technologies and Communications Department of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters.
On April 20, 2023, appointed Director of the Department of Information Technologies and Communications of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defence, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters.
He is married, has a daughter.
