Manuilo
Oleg Leonidovich
Mr. Manuilo was born on October 17, 1969, in the town of Velikaya Aleksandrovka, Velikaya Alexandrovka District, Kherson Region, Ukraine.
In 1990, he graduated from Ryazan Lenin Higher Airborne Command School, in 1998, from Frunze Military Academy with a degree in "Command-staff operational-tactical combined-arms with the airborne specialization", in 2007, from the North-West Branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation with the a degree in "State and municipal management".
1986-1998 - served in the airborne troops on various commanding positions in the Western Group of Forces, Turkestan, Leningrad and Far Eastern military districts.
1993-1995 - served as part of the UN peacekeeping force in the Republic of Yugoslavia.
Mr. Manuilo has been serving in the Russian Emergencies Ministry since 1998, taking the following positions: Chief of the airborne service of a detached mechanized regiment, Chief of Staff - Deputy Head of a rescue center, division Head, directorate Head, Deputy Head of the North-West Regional Center, from 2007 to 2014 - Head of the Russian Emergencies Ministry’s Komi Republic Directorate, from April 2014 to October 3, 2014 - Deputy Head of the Department of Fire and Rescue Forces and Special Units, from October 3, 2014 to December 3, 2014 - Head of the Directorate for Civil Defense and Population Protection, Since December 3, 2014 - Acting Head of the Directorate of Civil Defense and Population Protection.
He has been working as the Director of the Civil Defence and Population Protection Department since 4 July 2015.
Mr. Manuilo is the Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences.
He is the Honored worker of the Komi Republic.
He was awarded the Order "For Military Merit", state and departmental awards.
He is married and raises three children.
