The combat crew of the fire and rescue garrison of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Zaporizhia region received 2 AL-30 aerial ladders. The equipment is indispensable when extinguishing fires in multi-story buildings, and allows for emergency rescue operations at height.
The main purpose is to deliver a combat crew of firefighters and fire-fighting equipment to the fire site, supply fire extinguishing agents from the top of the ladder, and evacuate people from a height of up to 30 meters.
The territorial body of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in the Zaporizhia region notes that all units of the emergency department in the region are fully equipped with rescue equipment. Re-equipment with the latest models is ongoing, which will defend Melitopol and Energodar.
