"The firefighters and rescuers' musical creativity competition allows us to see with our own eyes how rich Russia is in talent, how many passionate, hardworking people we have who successfully realize their bright potential in music. The participants convincingly prove that there are no barriers to creative self-expression, that faith and fortitude help to cope with any obstacles and difficulties," says the Head of the Russian Emergencies Ministry Alexander Kurenkov to the participants and spectators.

As part of the competition, in addition to vocal data, the commission will pay attention to skills in working with a microphone, originality of the arrangement of the repertoire, creativity and playing musical instruments.
