To make an appointment, you must send a written request outlining the issue, as well as information on the results of the consideration of previously sent requests.
Due to the limited reception time, citizens may be received by officials of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia in accordance with their competence on the instructions of the Head of the Ministry of Emergencies.
The time and place of the reception will be communicated additionally.
