The International Competition of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia "Caucasus Cup" in all-around among rescuers of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia and the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Belarus is taking place on the territory of the Caucasian Mineral Waters.
About 100 rescuers in 14 teams will demonstrate their skills and abilities in search and rescue operations.
The North Caucasus Regional Search and Rescue Team of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia and its branches from all over the North Caucasian Federal District, the team of the Southern Regional Search and Rescue Team of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, the Krasnodar Search and Rescue Team of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia named after Victor Narkhov, the team of the Search and Rescue Service of St. Petersburg, the Krasnodar Regional Emergency Rescue Service Kuban-SPAS, the Rescue Service of Stavropol, as well as the team of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Belarus are representing their institutions.
The athletes are already competing for the title of the best on land and on water. They demonstrate their strength and endurance in a combined strength exercise on the horizontal bar, a cross-relay race.
The final tests and awards will take place on September 29.
