In connection with the impact of complexes of adverse meteorological phenomena in the form of snow and gusts of wind up to 23 m/s in the territory of one subject of the Far Eastern Federal District (Sakhalin Region); blizzards and gusts of wind up to 23 m/s in the territory of 3 subjects of the Northwestern Federal District (Komi Republic, Leningrad Region and St. Petersburg), risks associated with difficulty in the operation of all types of transport, gusts of communication lines and power transmission, violation life support of the population.
Probability forecasting:
flooding of lowered areas in the Siberian Federal District (in the area of the village of Yartsevo, on the Yenisei River, Krasnoyarsk Territory);
the failure of people and equipment under ice on water bodies throughout the Russian Federation, with the exception of the North-Caucasian Federal District and Southern Federal District;
activation of exogenous-dynamic processes in the mountainous regions of the North-Caucasian Federal District, the Republics of Adygea and Crimea, Krasnodar Territory.
