On control of the EMERCOM of Russia as for December 17, 2019

THE NATIONAL CRISIS MANAGEMENT CENTER

During the day, "The National Crisis Management Center" of the EMERCOM of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and means within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations.

I. The work has been organized on: extinguishing 549 man-made fires, response to 256 road accidents and one incident on water bodies, detection and disposal of 8 explosive objects, including 2 bombs, psychological assistance in 19 cases.

II. Measures have been taken to eliminate the consequences:

* fires: in the building of the medical center in the city of Balakovo, Saratov region, in the warehouse building in the city of Kazan, Republic of Tatarstan, in an apartment building in the city of Ukhta, the Republic of Komi;

* explosion of gas-air mixture in a private residential building in the Krasnaya Zarya village, the Oryol Region;

* violations: heat supply in the cities of Saratov, Krasnoyarsk, Ryazan, Lesozavodsk of the Primorsky Territiry and Volgodonsk of the Rostov Region, power supply in Malgobeksky district of the Republic of Ingushetia, cold water supply in the cities of Tula and Blagoveshchensk, gas supply in 2 settlements of khasavyurtovsky district of the Republic of Dagestan.

III. On the control:

• recovery: cold water supply in the city of Tuymazy, Republic of Bashkortostan, heat supply in the Kultuk village, the Irkutsk Region;

* the situation on the roads in the Sakhalin Region.
