THE NATIONAL CRISIS MANAGEMENT CENTER

During the day, "The National Crisis Management Center" of the EMERCOM of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and means within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations.
I. The work has been organized on: extinguishing 567 man-made fires, responding to 288 traffic accidents and 2 incidents on water bodies, detection and disposal of 15 explosive objects, including 7 bombs, providing psychological assistance in 5 cases.
II. Measures have been taken to eliminate the consequences:
• fires: in a warehouse hangar in the city of Novosibirsk; in the electrical Board of the school building in Yekaterinburg;
• violations: heat supply in the cities of Nizhny Novgorod and Lesozavodsk of Primorsky Territory, in the settlement of Kaltuk in Irkutsk Region; cold water supply in the cities of Tuymazy of the Republic of Bashkortostan and Blagoveshchensk of the Amur Region.
III. On the control:
• formation of 96 humanitarian aid columns for Donetsk and Luhansk regions of Ukraine.
