in the Southern Federal District, in the Krasnodar Territory (heavy rains, rainfalls, thunderstorms, hail, wind gusts up to 20 m/s);
in the Siberian Federal District, in the Omsk Region (wind gusts up to 23 m/s);
in the Ural Federal District, in the Tyumen Region (heavy rains, wind gusts up to 23 m/s), the Sverdlovsk, Chelyabinsk, Kurgan Regions (wind gusts up to 22 m/s);
in the Volga Federal District, in the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Orenburg Region (wind gusts up to 22 m/s);
in the North Western Federal District, in the Nenets Autonomous District (wind gusts up to 25 m/s), the Arkhangelsk, Murmansk regions (wind gusts up to 20 m/s).
The landslides, landslips, subsidence of soil in the mountainous and foothill areas are forecast in the Southern Federal District (the Republic of Adygea, the Republic of Crimea, the Krasnodar Territory, Sevastopol) and the North Caucasian Federal District (the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the Chechen Republic, the Republic of North Ossetia, the Republic of Ingushetia, the Republic of Dagestan).
