in the Ural Federal District, in the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District (heavy rains, wind gusts of up to 23 m/s), the Sverdlovsk, Tyumen, Kurgan Regions (wind gusts up to 20 m/s);
in the North Western Federal District, in the Murmansk Region (heavy precipitation in the form of rain and sleet);
in the Southern Federal District, in the Krasnodar Territory (heavy rains, showers, thunderstorm, hail, wind gusts of 23-27 m/s), the Republic of Adygea (heavy rain, thunderstorm);
in the North Caucasian Federal District in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (heavy rains).
The landslides, landslips, subsidence of soil in the mountainous and foothill areas are forecast in the Southern Federal District (the Republic of Adygea, the Republic of Crimea, the Krasnodar Territory, Sevastopol) and the North Caucasian Federal District (the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the Chechen Republic, the Republic of North Ossetia, the Republic of Ingushetia, the Republic of Dagestan).
