in the Far Eastern Federal District, in the Republic of Buryatia (precipitation in the form of rain and sleet, gusty winds up to 20 m/s);
in the Siberian Federal District, in the Republic of Tuva (strong gusty winds up to 22 m/s);
in the Ural Federal District, in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District (wind gusts up to 20 m/s, in coastal and foothill areas gusts up to 27 m/s);
in the Southern Federal District, in the Krasnodar Territory (heavy rains, showers, thunderstorms, hail, strong winds, gusts up to 23 m/s, in the Sochi Municipal District up to 27 m/s);
in the North Caucasian Federal District, in the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the Karachay-Cherkess Republic (heavy rains).
The landslides, landslips, subsidence of soil in the mountainous and foothill areas are forecast in the Southern Federal District (the Republic of Adygea, the Republic of Crimea, the Krasnodar Territory, Sevastopol) and the North Caucasian Federal District (the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the Chechen Republic, the Republic of North Ossetia, the Republic of Ingushetia, the Republic of Dagestan).
