During the day, the Main Office of the National Crisis Management of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and means within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations.
I. The work has been organized on:
extinguishing 512 man-made fires, responding to 229 road accidents and one accident on water bodies, rendering harmless 258 explosive objects, providing psychological assistance in 16 cases.
II. Measures were taken to eliminate the consequences of:
• disruptions in heat supply in the city of Smolensk and the Kortkerossky district, the Komi Republic.
III. On control:
• providing assistance to the people of Donetsk, Luhansk People's Republics, the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions;
• the situation on the roads in the Russian Federation;
• restoration of cold water supply in the city of Saratov;
• the situation in the Kursk and Belgorod regions.
