During the day, the Main Office of the National Crisis Management of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and means within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations.
I. The work has been organized on:
extinguishing 515 man-made fires, responding to 229 road accidents and 4 accidents on water bodies, rendering harmless 444 explosive objects, including one aerial bomb, providing psychological assistance in 4 cases.
II. Measures were taken to eliminate the consequences of:
• a fire in an industrial and warehouse building in the city of Kungur, the Perm Territroy;
• flooding of a floating platform in the waters of the Volga River in the Yaroslavl district of the Yaroslavl Region;
• disruptions: cold water supply in the Krasnoselsky district of the Kostroma Region and the city of Saratov; heat supply in the city of Saratov.
III. On control:
• providing assistance to the people of Donetsk, Luhansk People's Republics, the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions;
• the adverse weather conditions in the North Western and Central federal districts;
• the situation on the roads in the Russian Federation.
