During the day, the Main Office of the National Crisis Management of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and means within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations.
I. The work has been organized on:
extinguishing 628 man-made fires, responding to 258 road accidents and 3 accidents on water bodies, rendering harmless 6 explosive objects, providing psychological assistance in 12 cases.
II. Measures were taken to eliminate the consequences of:
• an accident involving a passenger bus in the Buinaksk district, the Republic of Dagestan;
• disruptions in heat supply in the city of Berdsk, the Novosibirsk Region.
III. On control:
• providing assistance to the people of Donetsk, Luhansk People's Republics, the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions;
• the adverse weather conditions in the North Western, Central and Volga federal districts;
• the situation on the roads in the regions of the Russian Federation.
