Due to the impact of adverse weather conditions, the incidents are forecast:
in the Volga Federal District, in the Republic of Bashkortostan, the Republic of Mari El, the Republic of Mordovia, the Chuvash Republic, the Kirov, Nizhny Novgorod, Orenburg, Saratov, Ulyanovsk regions (wind with gusts up to 23 m/s);
in the North Western Federal District, in the Republic of Karelia, Vologda, Leningrad regions (heavy precipitation in the form of snow, sleet, wet snow, wind gusts up to 18 m/s, black ice), the Arkhangelsk Region and Nenets Autonomous District (wind with gusts up to 20-28 m/s), in the Murmansk Region (heavy snow);
in the Central Federal District, in the Voronezh, Kostroma, Lipetsk, Moscow, Tambov, Tula and Yaroslavl regions and Moscow (wind gusts 15-20 m/s);
in the Southern Federal District, in the Republic of Crimea (heavy rain, wind with gusts up to 22 m/s), Sevastopol (sea roughness), the Krasnodar Territory (heavy rain, showers, thunderstorm, hail, wind gusts up to 23 m/s, wind gusts up to 24-29 m/s in some areas, sea roughness);
in the North Caucasian Federal District, in the Republic of Ingushetia, the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the Chechen Republic (wind gusts up to 20 m/s).
There is a risk of avalanches in the mountainous regions of the Far Eastern Federal District (the Republic of Buryatia, Kamchatka and the Transbaikal Territory) and Siberian Federal District (the Republic of Khakassia and the Republic of Tyva, the Krasnoyarsk Territory and Irkutsk Region) with the threat of road closures, disruption of transport, damage to buildings and structures, disruption of life support systems, and a threat to the population.
The landslides, landslips, subsidence of soil in the mountainous and foothill areas are forecast in the Southern Federal District (the Republic of Adygea, the Republic of Crimea, the Krasnodar Territory, Sevastopol) and the North Caucasian Federal District (the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the Chechen Republic, the Republic of North Ossetia, the Republic of Ingushetia, the Republic of Dagestan).
