Due to the impact of severe weather conditions, the emergencies are forecast:
in the Far Eastern Federal District, in the Republic of Buryatia (heavy snow, wind up to 20 m/s, snowstorm, snow drifts);
in the Siberian Federal District, in the Taimyr Dolgano-Nenets Municipal District of the Krasnoyarsk Territory (wind speeds up to 25 m/s and more, snowstorm).
Due to the impact of adverse weather conditions, the incidents are forecast:
in the Volga Federal District, in the Republic of Mari El, the Republic of Mordovia, the Republic of Tatarstan, the Chuvash Republic, the Kirov, Penza, Saratov, Samara, Ulyanovsk regions (wind gusts up to 23 m/s).
in the Southern Federal District, in the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol (wind gusts up to 20 m/s), the Krasnodar Territory (heavy precipitation in the form of rain and sleet, wind gusts up to 24 m/s, wet snow in the mountains, rough seas).
in the North Caucasian Federal District, in the Karachay-Cherkess Republic and the Stavropol Territory (heavy precipitation, wind gusts up to 20 m/s), the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic (strong wind up to 22 m/s).
There is a risk of avalanches in the mountainous regions of the Far Eastern (the Republic of Buryatia, the Kamchatka, Transbaikal territories, the Magadan Region); Siberian Federal District (the Republic of Khakassia, the Republic of Tyva, the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Irkutsk Region); and North Western Federal District (the Murmansk Region) with the threat of road closures, disruption of transport, damage to buildings and structures, disruption of life support systems, and a threat to the population.
The landslides, landslips, subsidence of soil in the mountainous and foothill areas are forecast in the Southern Federal District (the Republic of Adygea, the Republic of Crimea, the Krasnodar Territory, Sevastopol) and the North Caucasian Federal District (the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the Chechen Republic, the Republic of North Ossetia, the Republic of Ingushetia, the Republic of Dagestan).
