Due to the impact of severe weather conditions, the emergencies are forecast:
in the Far Eastern Federal District, in the Primorsky Territory (heavy precipitation in the form of rain and sleet, very heavy in some places, wind up to 24 m/s, on the coast with gusts up to 27-32 m/s, rough seas), the Amur Region and the Jewish Autonomous Region (heavy snow, very heavy in some places, wind with gusts up to 22 m/s, snowstorm, black ice, snowpack);
in the Siberian Federal District, in the south of Taimyr Dolgano-Nenets Municipal District of the Krasnoyarsk Territory (very strong southwest wind, gusts of 25 m/s and more, snowstorm).
Due to the impact of adverse weather conditions, the incidents are forecast:
in the Far Eastern Federal District, in the Chukotka Autonomous Okrug (on the coast of the Bering Strait, wind gusts of up to 20-25 m/s are forecast, with ground blizzards);
in the North Western Federal District, in the Republic of Karelia (heavy rain, wind gusts of up to 18 m/s), the Republic of Komi (wind with gusts of up to 21 m/s), the Arkhangelsk Region (wind gusts of up to 20 m/s), the Murmansk Region (severe ice) regions and in the Nenets Autonomous District (wind with gusts of up to 27 m/s, wind up to 33 m/s on the coast).
in the Southern Federal District, in the Krasnodar Territory (heavy precipitation in the form of rain and sleet, wet snow, ice and hoarfrost on wires and trees, wind gusts up to 22 m/s);
in the North Caucasian Federal District, in the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania (heavy precipitation in the form of rain and sleet), the Republic of Ingushetia, the Chechen Republic (wind up to 23 m/s).
There is a risk of avalanches in the mountainous regions of the Far Eastern (the Republic of Buryatia, the Kamchatka, Transbaikal territories, the Magadan Region); Siberian Federal District (the Republic of Khakassia, the Republic of Tyva, the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Irkutsk Region); and North Western Federal District (the Murmansk Region) with the threat of road closures, disruption of transport, damage to buildings and structures, disruption of life support systems, and a threat to the population.
The landslides, landslips, subsidence of soil in the mountainous and foothill areas are forecast in the Southern Federal District (the Republic of Adygea, the Republic of Crimea, the Krasnodar Territory, Sevastopol) and the North Caucasian Federal District (the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the Chechen Republic, the Republic of North Ossetia, the Republic of Ingushetia, the Republic of Dagestan).
