Due to the impact of severe weather conditions, the emergencies are forecast:
in the Far Eastern Federal District, in the Amur Region and the Jewish Autonomous Region (heavy snow, very heavy snow in places, snowstorm, black ice, packed snow, wind gusts up to 20-22 m/s), the Primorsky Territory (heavy precipitation - rain, sleet, snow, wind gusts up to 24 m/s, wind gusts up to 27-32 m/s in Vladivostok and in some areas of the coast);
in the Siberian Federal District, in the Krasnoyarsk Territory (very strong wind, gusts of 25 m/s and more, snowstorm).
Due to the impact of adverse weather conditions, the incidents are forecast:
in the Far Eastern Federal District, in the Khabarovsk Territory (snow, heavy in places, blizzard, packed snow on the roads, ice, wind gusts up to 22 m/s);
in the Volga Federal District, in the Kirov Region (wet snow accumulation, freezing rain, ice, fog);
in the Southern Federal District, in the Krasnodar Territory (heavy precipitation - rain, wet snow, wet snow accumulation on wires and trees, wind gusts up to 20 m/s);
in the North Caucasian Federal District, in the Kabardino-Balkarian, Karachay-Cherkess and Chechen Republics, the Republics of North Ossetia-Alania and Ingushetia (heavy precipitation - rain, wet snow, wet snow accumulation).
There is a risk of avalanches in the mountainous regions of the Far Eastern (the Republic of Buryatia, the Kamchatka, Transbaikal territories, the Magadan Region); Siberian Federal District (the Republic of Khakassia, the Republic of Tyva, the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Irkutsk Region); and North Western Federal District (the Murmansk Region) with the threat of road closures, disruption of transport, damage to buildings and structures, disruption of life support systems, and a threat to the population.
The landslides, landslips, subsidence of soil in the mountainous and foothill areas are forecast in the Southern Federal District (the Republic of Adygea, the Republic of Crimea, the Krasnodar Territory, Sevastopol) and the North Caucasian Federal District (the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the Chechen Republic, the Republic of North Ossetia, the Republic of Ingushetia, the Republic of Dagestan).
