Due to the impact of severe weather conditions, the emergencies are forecast:
in the Far Eastern Federal District, in the Sakhalin Region (heavy, in places very heavy precipitation in the form of wet snow, icy conditions);
in the Siberian Federal District, in the south of the Taimyr Dolgano-Nenets Municipal District of the Krasnoyarsk Territory (blizzard, very strong wind, with gusts of 25 m/s and more).
in the North Caucasian Federal District, in the Republic of Dagestan, the Republic of Ingushetia, the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania, the Chechen Republic (very heavy precipitation in the form of rain and wet snow, wet snow).
Due to the impact of adverse weather conditions, the incidents are forecast:
in the Far Eastern Federal District, in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) (wind with gusts up to 24 m/s, on the coast gusts up to 29-34 m/s), Chukotka Autonomous Okrug (wind gusts up to 22-27 m/s, ground blizzard);

There is a risk of avalanches in the mountainous regions of the Far Eastern (the Republic of Buryatia, the Kamchatka, Transbaikal territories, the Magadan Region); Siberian Federal District (the Republic of Khakassia, the Republic of Tyva, the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Irkutsk Region); and North Western Federal District (the Murmansk Region) with the threat of road closures, disruption of transport, damage to buildings and structures, disruption of life support systems, and a threat to the population.
The landslides, landslips, subsidence of soil in the mountainous and foothill areas are forecast in the Southern Federal District (the Republic of Adygea, the Republic of Crimea, the Krasnodar Territory, Sevastopol) and the North Caucasian Federal District (the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the Chechen Republic, the Republic of North Ossetia, the Republic of Ingushetia, the Republic of Dagestan).
