Daily operational forecast for November 30, 2024

On November 30, 2024, 3 cyclones, 3 anticyclones and the atmospheric fronts are forecast.

Due to the impact of severe weather conditions, the emergencies are forecast:

in the Far Eastern Federal District, in the Republic of Buryatia (heavy snow, wind with gusts up to 22 m/s, blizzard);

in the Ural Federal District, in the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District (severe black ice).

Due to the impact of adverse weather conditions, the incidents are forecast:

in the Far Eastern Federal District, in the Magadan Region (wind with gusts up to 22 m/s, snowstorm), the Sakhalin Region (heavy snow, black ice, wind gusts up to 17 m/s, snowstorm);

in the North Western Federal District, in the Arkhangelsk Region (wind gusts up to 15 m/s), the Leningrad Region (wind gusts up to 17 m/s) and the Murmansk Region (wind gusts up to 23 m/s);

in the North Caucasian Federal District, in the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania (heavy precipitation in the form of rain and sleet).

There is a risk of avalanches in the mountainous regions of the Far Eastern, Siberian, North Western, North Caucasian federal districts with the threat of road closures, disruption of transport, damage to buildings and structures, disruption of life support systems, and a threat to the population.

The landslides, landslips, subsidence of soil in the mountainous and foothill areas are forecast in the Southern Federal District (the Republic of Adygea, the Republic of Crimea, the Krasnodar Territory, Sevastopol) and the North Caucasian Federal District (the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the Chechen Republic, the Republic of North Ossetia, the Republic of Ingushetia, the Republic of Dagestan).
