There is a risk of avalanches in the mountainous regions of the Far Eastern (the Republic of Buryatia, the Kamchatka, Transbaikal territories, the Magadan Region); Siberian Federal District (the Republic of Khakassia, the Republic of Tyva, the Krasnoyarsk Territory, the Irkutsk Region); and North Western Federal District (the Murmansk Region) and the North Caucasian Federal District (the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the Chechen Republic, the Republic of North Ossetia, the Republic of Ingushetia, the Republic of Dagestan) with the threat of road closures, disruption of transport, damage to buildings and structures, disruption of life support systems, and a threat to the population.
The landslides, landslips, subsidence of soil in the mountainous and foothill areas are forecast in the Southern Federal District (the Republic of Adygea, the Republic of Crimea, the Krasnodar Territory, Sevastopol) and the North Caucasian Federal District (the Karachay-Cherkess Republic, the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic, the Chechen Republic, the Republic of North Ossetia, the Republic of Ingushetia, the Republic of Dagestan).
