During the day, the Main Office of the National Crisis Management of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and means within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations.
I. The work has been organized on:
extinguishing 608 man-made fires, responding to 227 road accidents and 5 accidents on water bodies, rendering harmless 11 explosive objects.
II. Measures were taken to eliminate the consequences of:
• a fire in a warehouse building in the city of Barnaul, the Altai Territory;
• a disruption in heat supply in the city of Novosibirsk.
III. On control:
• providing assistance to the people of Donetsk, Luhansk People's Republics, the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions;
• elimination of the consequences of the adverse weather conditions in the North Western, Central and Volga Federal Districts;
• the situation in the Kursk and Belgorod regions;
• the situation on the roads in the Krasnoyarsk Territory.
