During the day, the Main Office of the National Crisis Management of the Ministry of Emergencies of Russia organized work to ensure the functioning of management bodies, management of forces and means within the framework of the anti-crisis management system at all levels of the Unified State System of Prevention and Elimination of Emergency Situations.
I. The work has been organized on:
liquidation of 661 man-made fires, response to 256 road accidents and 3 accidents on water bodies, neutralization of 3 explosive objects, provision of psychological assistance in 3 cases.
II. Measures were taken to eliminate the consequences of:
• fires: in a workshop building in Yekaterinburg, the Sverdlovsk Region; in a twelve-apartment residential building in the settlement of Krasnokholmsky, the Republic of Bashkortostan; in a private residential building in the Shakhtyorsk city district, the Donetsk People's Republic.
III. On control:
• providing assistance to the people of Donetsk, Luhansk People's Republics, the Zaporozhye and Kherson regions;
• the situation on the roads in regions of the Russian Federation;
• restoration of power supply in the Karachayevsky district of the Karachay-Cherkess Republic;
• the passage of the adverse weather conditions of the North Western, Central and Volga federal districts.
